GALIS™ Industrial Group is a Ukrainian industrial group that has interests in several areas of business in Ukraine and abroad. Our investment portfolio includes projects in real estate, service and manufacturing. The production unit is represented in the sphere of production of beech plywood and products from it. The company operates a full cycle of production: from veneer peeling to the production of plywood and its products.

Our fabric

Over 12,000 m2 of production premises. The presence of own dry warehouses, a stock exchange for storing raw materials, parking lots for motor vehicles, a social block, a paint shop, a vacuum dryer and a drying chamber for wood.

Our production branch is located at the facilities of the Kostryna Furniture Factory - a well-known furniture assembly giant in the post-Soviet space. The revival of the factory is one of our priorities.

The factory is located in the middle of the picturesque places of the Ukrainian land - in the Carpathians, in close proximity to the Uzh National Park. Ecological production is one of the priorities of our enterprise.

Veneer peeling

At the factory, we produce high-quality peeled veneer from beech with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm.

The Quality department is responsible for observing the peeling technology. Experienced stuff and process mechanization are a guarantee of high-quality veneer.

We use classic high-performance spindle equipment, which allows us to withstand veneer thickness with an tolerance of up to 0.05 mm. Veneer production is also carried out using modern spindleless equipment.


Veneer drying

Veneer drying takes place completely on a roller automated production line. The veneer is dried to 6% humidity.


Our equipment

In the production of products, the company uses both modern and classic equipment.

The equipment park allows not only to stably produce the existing range of products, but also to quickly scale up the production of new products.

The capabilities of our production allow us to negotiate with customers about setting up the release of any related products.


Press management

In the production of plywood, we use our own fleet of press facilities - high-performance hot and electric presses.

We manufacture bent plywood products both with the help of presses with HF generators and presses with oil heating. Our equipment allows us to produce a large monthly volume of products.

Our team of qualified personnel servicing the press farm is a guarantee of stable production.


Plywood

At the moment, we produce plywood grade 1-4 of two types:
1. width up to 1200 mm x length up to 2000 mm.
2. width up to 750 mm x length up to 850 mm.
It is possible to manufacture according to the dimensions of the customer.

The thickness of plywood can be from 3 mm to 40 mm.

Plywood extra (grade 1) class is sanded.

The main raw material in the production of plywood is beech. Birch plywood can be manufactured on customer order.


Curved (sprung) bed slats

Our company is a manufacturer of latoflex (bed slats).

Material: beech plywood, birch plywood.

Variety: AA/AA, AA/BB.
Adhesive resin: E0-0.5

Slat dimensions:
thickness - 8, 10, 12 mm
width - from 35 to 170 mm
length - from 600 to 950 mm

The radius is 4000.

Curved (sprung) bed slats have a certificate of compliance with standards of physical and mechanical properties.


Flat bed slats

Our company is a manufacturer of latoflex (bed slats).

Material: beech plywood, birch plywood.

Variety: AA/AA, AA/BB.
Adhesive resin: E0-0.5

Slat dimensions:
thickness - 8, 10, 12 mm
width - from 38 to 170 mm
length - from 600 to 1600 mm

The radius is flat.

Bed slats have a certificate of compliance with standards of physical and mechanical properties.


Bed rails

Our company is a manufacturer of plywood bed rails for bed bases (structural hardwood plywood is a rail with longitudinal and transverse layers).

Material: beech plywood, birch plywood.

Variety: AA/AA, AA/BB
Adhesive resin: E0-0.5

Rail dimensions:
thickness - from 18 mm to 35 mm
width - from 35 to 100 mm
length - up to 2000 mm

Bed rails have a certificate of compliance with standards of physical and mechanical properties.


Bent plywood parts

Our company is a manufacturer of high-quality bent plywood parts:
- armrests for upholstered furniture,
- details of chairs: backs and seats,
- chair frames,
- a bent veneer profile for a rounded connection of two flat surfaces,
- parts made of bent veneer for interior decoration.

Our assortment includes a wide variety of ready-made molds for the production of bent veneer blanks.

A line of bent plywood parts for chairs: backs and seats has been developed.

It is also possible to manufacture a new mold according to customer drawings. The cost, production time and the minimum number of bent products for launching a new mold are calculated individually.
